Hollywood movies must engage with Social Development

It is one thing to purely entertain but another to spread a good message. Young children are very susceptible to what they view on the big and small screen. Thus, it must be taken up by the film and TV industry to create entertainment where civic engagement is made part in the strategic plan of almost every national higher education association.

It is important to attain the process of disempowerment understand how we can move forward from them. There is a need to let go of all our feelings of control and domination. Children learn from what they see and believe. If you act a certain way, they are bound to repeat the same mistakes. Our expectations set us for disappointment and move us away from the higher goal of what we desire with our children and society. We need to understand that our expectations cannot be limited or selfish. It is necessary to incorporate self improvement as long as it pertains to the higher cause of social improvement.

Mindfulness is an important aspect that films must concentrate one. Here, the parent must be attentive of all that the child needs and all that is mandatory to be followed in order to bring about the social change. The stronger this is the better are the chances of raising them up as better citizens. As a socially aware young generation, they can wok wonders for transforming the moral and social set up of the country.

Perspective taking refers to a process whereby the child’s perspective is nurtured through the perspective adapted by parents. Hence, there is a need to develop a proper outlook towards yourself and the world. There can also reversal where the parent takes up a child’s perspective which can change views and actions as parents. This as a result will also help in fashioning a better group of social individual.

There is also a need to define what authority is and change the meaning from one with negative connotations to a positive one. This is a difficult journey and will need certain amount of patience and proper tactics so that this is firmly incorporated in our mind sets. There are various moments of frustration like when we are constantly questioned by the children who share our lives and we fail to realize that this is an opportunity for transformative learning. Patience is essential if one wishes to bring about this change.

 

The Downtown Life Baby!

A few decades from now, several downtowns were just large empty lots. There were hardly any buildings and downtown was the least preferred place to live. However, with the ease of living and living standards, downtown is the most preferred place to live in now. When I visited downtown, I noticed the rapid development that had taken place. Here, I will describe some of the most eye catching features of downtown. For me, these features were motivating enough to consider moving.

While strolling downtown, we can see numerous buildings with beautiful exterior. Downtown in my city is filled with high and audacious towers. The buildings are not just any ordinary buildings; they are silhouettes of amazing architecture. It is prominent, that these buildings are not like any other buildings that we see. The very first time I saw such buildings, I was mesmerized. Apart from these buildings, I was able to notice the number of businesses that had opened. The streets that were once barren and empty are now filled with a variety of shops and eating places. In fact, businesses come easily to downtown; therefore every now and then I always saw a new opening of some store or restaurant.

Before downtown was the ideal place to live, it was very difficult to walk on the streets without feeling unsafe. I remember, how I could never spot any form of security, but that has changed. During my recent visits to downtown, I noticed several police officers who were regulating the streets and people. As far as I could see, downtown has become more organized and a much safer. Because downtown areas become a safer place to live in, a lot of public socializing can be frequently seen here. I was surprised at how friendly people were with one another, it was like they had known each other for ages. During my visit, I made a number of new friends and we would get together every day, for dinners.

One of the biggest advantages of living in a downtown is that it has various good schools and health centers that make it easy for the people to cater emergency situations. Downtown, being center of all business activities of a city is more attracted as it can generate job opportunities for people.

Because of the above features, downtown is facing an increase in population. After my recent visit, I was in complete awe. People are so desperate to settle here, as it is the most exciting place to be. I feel like I have watched downtown grow and personally I feel much attached to it. Even when I was not living downtown, I regularly made visits to have a glimpse of such a life. I ended up contacting a real estate agent who would guide me and give all the necessary information that I need for moving. Therefore, I will suggest that we all should try to experience the downtown life keeping in view our priorities in life.
